u just expand....eg (x+5)^2 is same as (x+5) (x+5) so you multiple x into x, x into 5, 5 into x, 5 into 5.(rule)so you get x^2+10x+25 then find the factors of 25 that add to give 10(rule) which id 5 and 5. so the answer is (x+5)(x+5). same method for all.
