Is it okay if my atiel eats cereal?

Today I got myself a bowl of Special K Vanilla Almond cereal, and I left it and my bird on the counter while I went to go put the cereal back into the pantry. When I turned back around she (my atiel) was eating it. So then I took some upstairs to my other two atiels, and they loved it too. They seem to really like it. I wasn't going to give it to them every day, but I was thinking maybe once a week. Is this okay for them?
