Does any one know anything about A.P.A. Bibliographies.?

I have this essay I have to do for Nutrition and Wellness (a.k.a. Home Economics) and I don't know what an A.P. A. bibliography is, or how it is set up. I really need help on this guys so anything on it would be really great. If you could also attach a link of an A.P.A. bibliography so I could see what it looks like that would also be really helpful.
