Why am I not losing weight?

losing weight takes time, i know people would of said this to you before but it's the amount of energy you take in each day from your food, i'm not saying starve yourself, just cut down a bit. it's ok to have some fat just not too much. and it's normal to lose weight slowly, it's very unhealthy to lose it fast like they do in Biggest Loser (most of them put it back on after about 6 months). also some people are built to be large and this also makes it hard to lose weight. also whole grain doesn't help in weight loss. i lost about 4 kg (7ish pounds, i think) by cuting down a bit on my intake, and i'm still as unfit as ever and i never touched a wholegrain anything. i'm 18 now, my weight's lvled out to a point i like and i'm still a slob. some people are geniticaly better at losing weight.
