Would you 'Panic Buy'?

Fuel road tanker strikes are imminent and fuel protestors are upping the ante to challenge to the Coalition Government , saying on Newsnight on BBC2 on 13th January that they would take action within 4 weeks coinciding with the tanker drivers' strike. Now , here is the crux of the matter , experience told us in the last fuel protest in 2000 (when petrol was a mere 85p a litre) , that people started to panic in filling their tanks , which they would not normally do and go through some psychological change for some reason. 1.30 a litre?.... that really is taking the p*ss!!
