I think i have a ringworm on my chest... what do i do!?

Sunday at about noon i was letting my friends hamster crawl on my chest and i was cuddling with it. Then that night when i got home i had this small little "scratch" on lower chest like right above my . and its starting to get bigger it was like a c shape on monday night now its like a full circle and its wensday night. it has like bumps and it is raised above my skin and has liek regular skin in the inside. it also itches really really bad. I put a band aid and neosporin on it tonight AND we are going to the doctor tomorrow do i have to disinfect everything? and if so what do i have to please a list!?
