Do you agree with letting Iran enrich its uranium on its own?

At the gathering just in sep, Iran stated that there was a second uranium enrichment facilty which was kept from being internationally inspected? do you think that there may be a possibility that the high grade enriched uranium is being used for the production of nuclear weapons or are we jumping to conclusions? For all we know, it could be used for energy or cancer isotope plants.
