Hair in my throat ??? grrrrrrrr?

i was eating dinner at my boyfriends last night and i think there was a hair in my food.. ewww.. but now i have a hair stuck in my throat and i cant get it out. i was up all night sticking my fingers down there trying to get it up, then i threw up because my fingers where making me gag.. its pretty long. ive tried eating a bread roll with penut er and it failed. then i tried eating something like yoghurt.. failed. now im eating chocolate and i have chewing gum on my fingers down my throat and its still not comming out. ive lost so much sleep over this its not funny.. please help?? any ideas on how to get this stupid filthy thing out??
