How come this asian kid at my school is being very mean and racists towards people ?

I don't know what the heck is this kid's problem but he makes everybody mad at the school who aren't his friends. He makes me fued him so freaking much. I'm a sopre and he is a Junior at the school and he acts like he is all that and this, like snobby like what girls act like. Everyone at the school knows he's gay because he doesn't have a girlfriend and never dated a girl but has tons of friends who are girls. The girls who are his friends are only interested in being friends with him. So he decided to go to Vietnam and find him a girlfriend in Vietnam, He went there last February for the so called Chinese New Year and he asked his mother to find him a girl to be his girlfriend and wife who wants to marry him. He now has a girlfriend or should you call Fiance from Vietnam and he is showing off to everyone the picture with her. He showed me the picture, his fiance or his girlfriend looks like a because she wore a Mini Skirt and a T Shirt. I just took his picture and ripped it up and he reaches into his book bag and pulls out another one and says, There's plenty more where that came from. He then call me a Red Neck and called my other friends who are 5 black guys the N Word. He was gone about a month in Vietnam and that's supposed to make him fail the school year but because he is wealthy and rich the school is afraid of doing anything to him. He goes around giving his best friend Stacy a $20 Bill everyday for her lunch. He says Guys who act tough like me are Stupid Jerks and girls should be friends with guys who are nice and act all gay like him. One of his friends told me all about his trip in Vietnam and how he got a girlfriend and a fiance in a month, He's getting married after he graduates high school and will take care of his wife at the same time go to college. I think this kid would get a freaking divorce in ten years because he's gay and I would just laugh my head off when he comes out of the closet. He says He's Straight but he acts so freaking Gay. I just wished something would just messed his life up because he's freaking rich and acts racists toward us. His wife is going to be sucking off our government in the future, I hate Asians. How come this kid acts all racists and stupid and all sy towards people ? Do you think he's setting himself up for a divorce in ten years ? How can I deal with him calling me a Red Ne.ck and my other friends racial slurs ? He acts like he is all that and makes racial slurs against people who aren't his friends, My friends and I want to kill him so bad but we can't.
