I HAVE AN AUDIBLE.COM QUESTION!!!!! (10 pts)?

Alright, sort of long story. So I have an account on audible.com that I just signed up for like a week ago. I want to buy a flip video ultra 2nd generation for 109 dollars on amazon and theres this deal that if you sign up for audible.com for a gold account through amazon (which i have), you get 100 dollars off of your purchase and I really need that. But the thing is, i dont know how to delete my audible account. I also dont know if I CAN delete it because I dont know if I have like a 1 year commitment with audible or something. HELP? Also if there is an answer that actually helps me I will give that person 10 points, but they have to tell me how because Im not sure. Thanks!
