I Kinda like a Guy?

I'm 11 and a few months ago our sections where changed(we went to other fellow cles and so a boy came to my cl. he looks at me sumtimes but i like him alot and i wanna b frnds with him . i hav talked to him but i dun know if i shud tell hm or not. hes really cute, slitghtly overweight but i lyke his personality moe than him. wat shud i do??
