Is my pregnant guppy ok!?

i found at that she is a female, and is pregnant. (she has the lighest gravid spot ever!). She keeps trying to rem the gl, rolling her body on te gl, she only does this when she is pooping most of the time. Is she ok? The males sortta bug her. I put her in the hang on breeder tank then she flipped and jumped backinto the main tank soi took her out. She looked very stressed. Will she be ok?
