My internet explorer keeps turning off how can i fix it ?????????????

ok like 3 days ago my inernet explorer version 7 just turned off while i was on a web site . and now it keeps turning off like someone is pressing the x futon for me i cant use it and its weird some times it works some times it just turns off immediately then i downloaded Mozilla browser and it turns off just like explorer it turns off then i downloaded opera browser but on opera it does not turn off i run my Norton scan my system the results were negative it did not find any thing plz dive me any answers how to fix this and let me use internet explorer i don't like opera plz give me any touts how to fix it or just what u think might be causing it and its not my servile provider because i already called the m plz help me or give me some advise
