SvR 2010 wont work on my Xbox 360?

If you bought it used it might be broken if you bought it used i suggest you go to the store you bought from explain them that 2 days blablabla and they'll say okay and u return it but don't forget the receipt now if its new look at the back of the cd and check for scratches if there are well you could return lie and say there was an error message when i tried to put it on hope this helps well it should i did this one million times oh and don't forget the receipt
