What do i do about my birthmark!?

i have alottt beauty marks on my face and i really dont like them. i have this one right by my eye and it looks like and eye goup. like its really gross. and i just have a few that i rele dont want. i dont want to have surgery to get them removed cause it might leave a scar. is there any kind of cream that i cant put on then that will make them gradualy go away or at least make then less noticeable or smaller??
