What is a good privacy tree or shrb with little or no maintenance?

A man just put a house trailer in the front of our house and I'm wanting a privacy fence, tree or shrub to hide it from out view. We do not want any thing that has berries or flowers. It can not spread wide we have to watch the property line and I do not want the tree or shrub to take over what little front yard I have. I live in southeast ohio. Partial shade/ sun. It would be a wind breaker too. We live on top of a hill.
